What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with lead developers to test, refine, and enhance software features.

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure full product coverage.

  • Identify and document software defects, enhancements, and workflow scenarios.

  • Troubleshoot software issues, verify fixes, and ensure smooth functionality across releases.

  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies that support evolving product capabilities.

  • Contribute to user documentation and help files for new functionality and improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro in day-to-day work.

  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • 3+ years of software quality control or testing experience (preferred).

  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server.

  • A natural curiosity and desire to learn new tools and technologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • High attention to detail β€” accuracy matters to you.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • GIS experience in the utility industry (electric, gas, or water).

  • Familiarity with GPS data and applications.

  • Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

  • Exposure to test case automation tools.
