HV-Battery Test Manager

Note: Resident Engineer Position in Anhui province, China.
Resposibilities:
- Project test plan responsibility
- Coordination with relevant BUs for HVB requirements
- HVB Requirements review and testing environment definition
- Testing tracking internally/externally
- Participate in relevant meetings regarding testing topics
- AWS/job split definition
- Benchmark for testing labs, proving grounds, testing companies
- Support production/homologation
- Define level release testing scope
- Review testing documentation
- Participate in RCB
- Prepare testing documentation
- Manage KPM mailbox (error management)
- Analyze KPM tickets, define priority and forward to relevant BUs
- Validate/simulate behavior in vehicle, analyze error
- Tracking of errors
- Participate in panel rounds for upcoming error topics
Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above in electrochemistry, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent (master degree preferred)
- More than 5 years of battery testing experience in battery company or OEMs
- Understand the domestic and foreign standards related to battery testing
- Aware of ISO 26262 and functional safety requirements
- Working experience in/with companies of Customer group or experience in/with XP is preferred, understanding the Customer process is preferred
- Good command of the CANoe, CANape, CANalyzer etc. test tools
- Familiar with MS such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc.
- Fluent in English (German is preferred)Β Β Β Β Β
