KDNI - Test Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a progressive, passionate, and self-motivated IT professional with strong project management and technical expertise. An action-oriented, organized, adaptable candidate who exhibits good judgment and strong analytical skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.
Proven experience in all aspects of Test Automation Development, DevOps, Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Cloud Platform Testing.
Enriched experience with Test Automation tools and specialized areas like performance testing, RPA/AI/ML knowledge.

Experience:

10–15 years (Manager)

Qualification:

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management with minimum 5 years of project management experience with IT Transformation projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing people and/or processes, services, operations.
• Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules, and constantly evolving requirements. Project/Program Management certification preferred.
• Ability to understand the scope of project and creating proposal, planning, estimations.
• Experience in managing and testing cloud technology platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Proven experience in all aspects of Automation Development, DevOps CI/CD, Software Testing and QA.
• Hands-on knowledge of testing tools (Tosca/Worksoft/Selenium/Ranorex/UFT etc.) and testing methodologies.
• Experience in managing and testing cloud technology platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Visible leadership/managerial skills is a key factor for this position.
• Experience with developing and implementing efficient QA processes and best practices.
• Experience using QA metrics effectively.
• Experience developing and working with onshore teams, experience engaging temporary outsource resources.
• Exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication, strong team ethics, and excellent attention to detail is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field from an accredited college/university.
