SAP Test Lead

Role Overview

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a major SAP transformation program. This role ensures that all SAP modules and integrations meet functional, technical, and business requirements, delivering a high-quality, defect-free system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of SAP test cycles, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Define and enforce testing standards, methodologies, and best practices across workstreams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to validate requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios.

• Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking to ensure system quality.

• Maintain test documentation, scripts, and progress dashboards for transparency and reporting to PMO and leadership.

• Mentor and coordinate testing teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality test results.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending efficiency enhancements.

• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage cross-functional dependencies and align stakeholders.

• Proven experience in SAP testing across multiple modules and integrations.

• Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, standards, and best practices.

• Familiarity with SAP transformation programs, UAT, and regression testing.

• Hands-on experience with test documentation, progress tracking, and reporting tools.

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide testing teams and ensure timely delivery.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications in SAP testing or quality assurance are a plus.
