Project: Acceleration of platform alignment and deployment repeatability to support large, complex customer engagements and regulated environments, with an emphasis on improving release velocity, architectural consistency, and time-to-market.

Senior QA Automation Engineer

What youβll do
- Own test strategy and execution for microservices in Kubernetes/AWS
- Build/extend automated tests: API, integration, and end-to-end (as appropriate)
- Create reliable test data and environments; reduce flaky tests
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD; improve release confidence and speed
- Partner with engineers on acceptance criteria, risk assessment, and defect triage
- Produce clear quality reporting (coverage, trends, release readiness)
Must-haves
- Senior QA experience with test automation (not manual-only)
- Strong API testing experience (REST, auth, contracts; Postman/Newman, RestAssured, pytest, etc.)
- CI integration experience (Jenkins/CloudBees/Harness, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, identify gaps, and propose a pragmatic quality plan
- Java, Ruby, Python andother scripting language expertise
Nice to have
- Kubernetes familiarity (understanding deployments/services, logs, debugging basics)
- AWS familiarity (DynamoDB/S3 basics helpful for integration testing)
- Performance testing experience (k6/JMeter/Gatling) and/or contract testing (Pact)
What success looks like
- Meaningful automation coverage added monthly; fewer regressions in production
- Stable, CI-friendly test suites with reduced flakiness and faster feedback loops
