製造拠点におけるサプライヤーの責任者として、供給される部品の品質を100%保証し、生産ラインを不適合品から保護すること。

また、SQAチームを牽引し、問題発生時の迅速な解決（PDCA）と仕入先への費用請求（チャージバック）を適正に管理・遂行することをミッションとします。

【職務概要】
サイトSQAチームのマネジメントを行い、仕入先から納入される部品の適合性を管理します。

不適合発生時には24時間以内にライン保護策を講じ、根本原因の分析から対策完了までをリードします。

購買部門やグループのSQA、および社内製造部門（APU）との重要な架け橋として、顧客満足度の最大化に貢献します。

【職務内容】

チームマネジメントと目標達成：

• SQAチームを指揮し、KPI（部品適合率100%、年間初期サンプル承認100%等）の達成を確実にする
• ​SAP上の部品ステータスを常に最新かつ正確に維持する
• 週次・月次のチームレビューを行い、進捗管理と課題抽出を行う
• グループおよび事業部（PG）のルールを厳守し、業務プロセスを標準化する

現場（ゲンバ）における品質管理と不適合対応：

• 不適合発生時、24時間以内にライン保護（選別・隔離等）を完了させ、生産への影響を最小化する
• グループ標準ルール（24時間/5日間/10日間）に基づき、迅速なQR（クイックレスポンス）と完全なPDCA分析を遂行するようチームを指導・育成（OJT）する
• 仕入先および社内APUのQRQCに計画的に参加し、現場視点での品質改善を行う
• 必要に応じて、PGSQAの承認を得た上で仕入先への訪問・監査を実施し、直接改善を促す

ステークホルダー連携とエスカレーション：

• 解決が困難な問題やリソース不足については、PGSQAマネージャーや購買マネージャーへ迅速にエスカレーションし、サポートを仰ぐ
• 不適合に関連して発生したコストについて、購買部門と連携して仕入先へのチャージバック（費用回収）を適切に処理・改善する
• 仕入先・PGSQAと工場側（APU）の間に立ち、透明性の高いコミュニケーションを維持する

【必須経験・スキル】

• 自動車業界での実務経験: IATF 16949（自動車産業品質マネジメントシステム規格）の深い理解と、それに基づいた運用経験があること
• 品質管理（QA/QC）または購買経験: 品質管理の経験者はもちろん、直接材の購買経験があり、今後品質管理（QA）キャリアを志向する方も対象
• 英語: ビジネスレベル
  ※ 読み書き必須。インドや中国などの海外サプライヤーとのメール、書類作成、会議進行が単独で可能なレベル
• 日本語: 会話レベル以上
• 機械系（メカニカル）の知識・経験
  ※電子部品のみの経験だと難しい

【Mission】

As the person responsible for suppliers at the manufacturing site, the mission is to ensure 100% quality of supplied parts and protect production lines from non-conforming products.

In addition, this role is responsible for leading the SQA team, ensuring rapid issue resolution through PDCA, and properly managing and executing supplier chargebacks.

【Job Summary】

Manage the site SQA team and ensure the conformity of parts delivered by suppliers.

In the event of non-conformities, implement line protection within 24 hours and lead the process from root cause analysis through to completion of corrective actions.

Act as a key liaison between Purchasing, Group SQA, and internal manufacturing (APU) to maximize customer satisfaction.

【Key Responsibilities】
Team Management and Target Achievement：

• Lead the SQA team and ensure achievement of KPIs (e.g., 100% part conformity rate, 100% annual initial sample approval)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date part status in SAP at all times
• Conduct weekly and monthly team reviews to track progress and identify issues
• Ensure strict compliance with Group and Product Group (PG) rules and standardize operational processes

Quality Control at 現場 and Non-Conformity Handling：

• In case of non-conformities, complete line protection (sorting, containment, etc.) within 24 hours to minimize production impact
• Coach and develop team members (OJT) to execute rapid QR (Quick Response) and full PDCA analysis in line with Group standards (24h / 5 days / 10 days)
• Participate in supplier and internal APU QRQC activities in a structured manner, driving quality improvements from a shop-floor perspective
• When necessary, conduct supplier visits and audits with prior approval from PGSQA to directly drive improvements

Stakeholder Management and Escalation：

• Escalate complex issues or resource constraints promptly to the PGSQA Manager and Purchasing Manager to secure support
• Collaborate with Purchasing to properly manage and improve chargeback processes for costs incurred due to non-conformities
• Act as a transparent and effective communication bridge between suppliers, PGSQA, and the plant-side APU

【Required Experience & Skills】

• Experience in the Automotive Industry: Solid understanding of IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System standard) and hands-on experience in its implementation and operation.
• Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) or Purchasing: Candidates with a background in quality management are preferred. However, those with experience in direct material purchasing who are looking to transition into a QA career are also welcome.
• English: Business level
  ※Strong reading and writing skills are required. Ability to independently handle emails, documentation, and meetings with overseas suppliers (e.g., India, China).
• Japanese: Conversational level or above
• Mechanical Knowledge/Experience:
  ※Note: Candidates with experience limited only to electronic components may not be suitable.
