The 4th edition of our programme is structured into two phases:

Phase 1: The Fundamentals (All Tracks)

During the initial phase, participants complete 2-month intensive training in Microsoft Tech Fundamentals, including: Azure Cloud, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), DevOps, Development Stack: C#, .NET, JavaScript.

Phase 2: Specialisation – Technical Analyst

In the second phase, participants progress into their chosen track. This role focuses on developing the skills and capabilities required to work as an Automation QA Analyst.

SPACE is a graduate programme designed for students who will be trained in Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Automation QA. The technologies utilized within the company include Azure Cloud, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, frameworks such as Selenium, SpecFlow, Playwright, Leapwork, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing frameworks. Programming languages and tools involved are C#, .NET, JavaScript,  REST API testing.

The programme spans for 4 months with various modules, each dedicated to different technologies you will work with and it will be held every working day in the Hitachi Solutions Bulgaria’s office. You will learn in a collaborative environment, working alongside colleagues from the other tracks and contributing to shared assignments and practical exercises. Upon successful completion, you will progress into the Automation QA Analyst role, where you will begin by shadowing real projects and gradually transition into independent work, fostering your professional development.

• Degree or in process of obtaining one (must have already completed their 3rd or 4th year) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Informatics 
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies 
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts 
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Selenium, SpecFlow, or Playwright is a plus 
• Fluency in English
• German and/ or French will be a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Interest in Microsoft-based products
• Team spirit
• A passion for technology!

Key Responsibilities 

• Take part in an intensive training programme covering QA and automation tools 
• Learn and apply automated testing techniques for Microsoft-based applications 
• Work on different test automation projects spanning all supported technologies 
• Maintain and support test automation frameworks 
• Work using agile methodologies and application lifecycle management techniques 
• Provide test consulting and support to our customers by ensuring high-quality solutions 
• Collaborate with an international team of experienced consultants and engineers

• Labour contract signing deadline: 10 July
