You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Watermelon, or similar.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Perform automated testing to identify, report, and track defects and ensure software quality.
- Develop and execute performance testing and security testing strategies as needed.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure test coverage and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and design test cases accordingly.
- Continuously enhance and optimize test automation frameworks and processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall quality assurance process.
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Watermelon, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of API testing and related tools.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as needed.
