Design, develop, and implement automated test procedures for vehicle thermal systems (HVAC, battery cooling, motor/inverter cooling, etc.).
Work with cross-functional teams (Thermal Engineering, Software, Controls, and Calibration) to define test requirements and validate system performance.
Configure and maintain data acquisition systems (DAQ), test benches, and environmental chambers for thermal system evaluation.
Develop and apply scripts or software (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, CANoe, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink) to control and monitor test automation processes.
Analyze test data and generate detailed technical reports to support design validation, root cause analysis, and system optimization.
Ensure testing activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards (e.g., ISO, SAE), and internal VF quality protocols.
Support troubleshooting and debugging of thermal management components during vehicle development and validation stages.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methods, automation tools, and infrastructure.
