About the roleΒ

We are seeking an experienced Business and QA Analyst who will identify and define problems to deliver business solutions that will impact the company-wide. The BQA will also execute test cases as well as create SQL queries.Β This role strongly emphasizes excellent communication, prioritizing tasks, and the ability to adapt quickly to change.Β

The main responsibilities/tasks:Β
Β
- Create business requirements, documentation, and user stories that meet user expectations and satisfy business objectivesΒ
- Create and participate in the testing strategyΒ
- Use root cause analysis to identify and document problemsΒ
- Prioritize solutions based on risk and impact, and validate those potential solutionsΒ
- Create and run SQL queries to validate QA outcomes of database developmentΒ
- Communicate with a broad range of staff to understand requirements and issues, and share updates

Job Skills/RequirementsΒ
- +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skillsΒ
- 3-5 years of experience in a business/data analyst or quality assurance roleΒ
- Hands-on experience with SQLΒ Β
- Experience writing test cases using C# and AngularΒ
- Ability to take business requests and break them down into manageable steps to achieve a goalΒ
- Strong communication skills, time management, and attention to detail
