Location: Wroclaw, Poland (25% remote).

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours per week)

Contract: Contract by November 30th 2026, with a high possibility of extension.

Salary: Up to 20.15 EUR/h.

What you'll be doing

We’re currently looking for a C# / Automation Test Engineer with solid experience in C# and microservices architecture to join a global team working on scalable enterprise systems.

You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing test automation strategies for microservices-based applications. This role suits someone with a strong testing mindset, solid C# programming skills, and a passion for building reliable, scalable solutions. Β 

How you’ll spend your day

  • Develop and execute automated tests for microservices and REST APIs using .NET Core

  • Write and maintain unit tests with xUnit

  • Perform integration and performance testing across distributed systems

  • Write and review SQL queries for data validation

  • Analyze test results, debug issues, and ensure high test coverage

  • Contribute to test plans, documentation, and alignment with ISTQB practices

  • Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and business teams

  • Ensure a high level of software quality in Agile delivery cycles

You'll be successful if you have

  • Professional experience in automation testing within microservices architecture

  • Strong C# programming skills and .NET Core experience

  • Hands-on experience in unit testing (xUnit) and REST API validation

  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (ISTQB-aligned)

  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework

  • Familiarity with XML, debugging, and root-cause analysis

  • A proactive and structured mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • ISTQB certification

  • Familiarity with Visual Studio, NHibernate, IBM MQ

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform

  • Awareness of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices

  • Experience using Confluence or other collaboration tools

  • Exposure to the .NET Framework
