As part of the Combined US Operations Governance & Control Framework (CUSO GCF) Team, the CUSO Controls & Quality Assurance (QA) Manager reports to the Head of CUSO Governance & Control Framework within the CUSO Secretary General department. This role supports the Head in overseeing, managing, and maintaining the CUSO Control Framework, including reporting to CUSO Senior Management and governance committees. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing the CUSO QA Team in Porto, conducting deep dives (projects), and performing quality assurance reviews on the controls and processes within CUSO.

The CUSO Controls & QA Manager also supports the CUSO GCF Head in managing ad hoc queries and requests from the U.S. General Secretary, U.S. Chief Risk Officer, and regulators concerning controls. To fulfill these duties, the CUSO Controls & QA Manager coordinates with CUSO Risk & Compliance Business Lines (CIB Americas, NIM US), CUSO functions (including the Regulatory Affairs Department), and Head Office Risk & Compliance functions. The manager also participates in and contributes to existing CUSO Business Line committees to ensure proper governance of the Control Framework.

The salary range for this position will be between $150,000 - 200,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package.
