Product Integrity/QA Analyst

The Product Integrity Analyst is a detail-oriented, technically capable role responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of Wunderkind’s marketing campaigns, data flows, and digital experiences across email, onsite, and other channels. This role will work closely with Wunderkind’s internal Professional Services teamsβ€”including Implementation, Engineering, and Designβ€”to configure and QA marketing campaign setups, validate data and web tracking, and troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and build campaigns within the Wunderkind platform, including audience segmentation, eligibility logic, triggers, suppression rules, and settings across email, onsite, and text channels
  • Execute manual QA on campaigns (email, onsite, text) - validating campaign settings, end-to-end functionality, and rendering across devices and browsers.
  • Confirm URLs, tracking parameters (e.g., UTM structures), and link behavior are correct and aligned with specifications.
  • Validate dynamic content (product grids, recommendations, personalization fields) against source data and requirements.
  • Verify that required web events and metadata (page views, add-to-cart, purchase events, product IDs, categories) are present and accurate using browser developer tools and analytics dashboards
  • Confirm correct integration behavior between web properties, ESPs, and Wunderkind systems
  • Troubleshoot ambiguous issues effectively and identify whether they stem from configuration, data quality, integration, or product behavior.
  • Maintain detailed, high-quality notes in tickets and documentation (tested scenarios, results, and next steps).
  • Document root-cause hypotheses, test steps, and recommendations clearly for engineers or clients to act upon.
  • Explain technical concepts, campaign logic, and end-user behaviors clearly to non-technical audiences (e.g., Account Managers), enabling informed client communication and decision-making
Required Technical Skills
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript concepts) and browser developer tools (inspecting elements, network calls, cookies, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data structures and feeds (CSV/JSON, product catalogs, FTP methods) and verifying that front-end experiences match back-end data.
  • Ability to read and follow technical specifications and verify implementations against them.
  • Strong attention to detail, thorough QA approach, clear communication (finding edge cases, reproducible steps)
  • Comfortable using tools like Looker to validate data requirements and quality
  • Hands-on experience in ESPs or similar platforms, such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Braze, and Responsys
  • Ability to learn a new platform quickly, this role will work heavily in the internal WKND campaign platform
  • Hands-on experience testing or operating email, onsite/popup, and/or SMS campaigns, preferred
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital retail, particularly with product catalogs and abandoned cart/product flows, preferred
