What You'll Do:ย
- Lead and Inspire:โฏManage a local team to develop automated integration and system tests, ensuring test cases are meaningful, maintainable, and well-aligned with product goalsย
- Lead Global: Ensure consistency of quality and performance of the global team by aligning standard methodologies in process, tools, and engineering development.ย
- Develop Strategies:โฏDesign and implement comprehensive testing strategies for embedded software, ensuring thorough coverage and robust performance.ย
- Collaborate:โฏWork closely with embedded software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, cybersecurity-compliant embedded software.ย
- Innovate:โฏUtilize the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance our testing processes and improve efficiency.ย
- Report:โฏProvide detailed reports and metrics on testing activities, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency.ย

For This Role, You Will Need:ย
- Education:โฏBachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experienceย
- Experience:โฏProven experience in embedded software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experienceย
- Skills:โฏStrong knowledge of embedded systems, software development lifecycle, and unit, integration, and system test methodologies.ย
- Tools:โฏProficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, DevOp, and automated testing frameworks.ย
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States โ sponsorship will not be provided
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Agile development practices.ย
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance.ย
- Experience leading an embedded product development teamย
