- End-to-End Program Leadership: Drive execution of complex test engineering. Manage scope, schedule & resources across the entire NPI lifecycle. - Technical Partnership: Can grasp complex mechanical, electrical, and software concepts to facilitate credible and effective discussions and drive decisions. - Strategic Risk Management: You don't just solve today's problems; you anticipate future bottlenecks, drive trade-off discussions, and ensure we remain one step ahead. - Cross-Functional Influence: You are a master of communication who clearly and concisely presents program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to all levels - Innovation and Leverage: Go beyond traditional program management to scale our impact. You will constantly seek creative ways to contribute by: - Leveraging equipment vendors, contract manufacturers to extend capabilities/reach - Identify/champion process optimization, data analysis, or test automation opportunity - Proactively lead R&R discussions to ensure clarity & eliminate ambiguity This position may require up to 25% travel. Located in Shanghai, Suzhou or Shenzhen.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical hardware projects.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional, multi-company project-based initiatives from start to finish.
  • Work independently to manage projects, resolve tactical issues, and ensure engineering teams meet deliverables, while providing clear status updates and calling out key issues effectively.


  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional hardware development programs.
  • A leader who defines program strategy and creates clarity from ambiguity. You are seen as a "go-to" person for your programs.
  • Not only implement, but also influence, technical decisions and program direction, often mentoring junior engineers or PMs.
  • Experience driving trade-off discussions and are comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior management and key partners.
