We’re seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive integration testing across business, functional and technical domains. You’ll lead a vibrant squad spread across Belgium, France, Poland and India, united by shared goals and great teamwork.

Your day-to-day mission:

• Ensure requirement testability by performing guidance  in structuring the requirements for complex areas using use cases and Test-Driven Development (TDD) & Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) principles.
• Develop test plans, coordinate environments and manage offshore resources and budgets.
• Define test strategies with a risk-based approach, ensuring alignment to Agile practices.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support pre-production and production readiness.
• Report test progress and address impediments with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage defects, ensuring correct assignment and prioritization.
• Mentor junior testers and foster continuous improvement within testing communities.

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

• Experience with functional IT testing, including TDD and BDD.
• Business or technical knowledge in the Asset Servicing domain (Corporate Action processing, Swift messaging, TCS BANCS package).
• Exposure to automated frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and performance testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills to extract and interpret complex information.
• Understanding of distributed/mainframe technologies (e.g., Splunk, IBM MQ, CA7, SQL).
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Java, JDK, Springboot, IntelliJ, Cucumber, Junit, Extent, C#, Selenium, UFT, Java, Ready API, Git, Artifactory, Gradle, Maven, ADO/TFS, RestAssured, RestSharp, VBA.
• Familiarity with test management and reporting tools (e.g., TFS/Azure DevOps Test Plans, ServiceNow, Power BI, ALM/QC).
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on several projects in parallel and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
