DescriptionWe are looking for a FSQA Analyst to join our team, This role will primarily monitor, consolidate and report food safety, quality, sustainability, and ethical compliance across the KFC CEE regional supply base, supporting supplier adherence to Yum! and KFC FSQA standards.Β
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
- FSQA Compliance & Monitoring (40%) - Track supplier compliance with Yum! and KFC CEE standards; support continuous improvement projects; facilitate supplier onboarding and approval processes.
- Audit & Certification Support (20%) - Track GFSI certification status; support franchisees and suppliers in achieving certifications; assist in executing Yum! Quality System Audits and corrective actions.
- Sustainability & Ethical Compliance (20%) - Monitor ESG Targets, animal welfare audits, and Sedex compliance; track responsible sourcing of packaging and ingredients.
- Regulatory Compliance (10%) - Support horizon scanning for regulatory changes; support markets to ensure compliance with EU, Swiss, and national laws.
- Data & Systems Management (10%) - Maintain Approved Product and Supplier Lists; Support specification, harmonisation and SKU rationalisation.

Working Relationships
- Reports to KFC CEE FSQA Manager & Sustainability Lead. Works closely with KFC CEE and Yum! Supply chain teams, Ops, FIT, Marketing Managers. Regular interaction with franchisee QA teams, suppliers, distributors, and other Yum! Brands QA Teams (KFC Pan-Europe, Pizza Hut, Tacobell, Yum! Global FSQA).
QualificationsKnowledge & Skill Required
- Education/Certification: Masters or engineering degree in Food Science/Food Technology, Bio-Engineering, or related qualification (required).
- Experience: Recent graduates with relevant degrees are welcome. Some experience of working in a QA department of multinational food manufacturing, retail, or food service/QSR is a plus. Internal or supplier auditing experience is a plus.
- Skills: Good knowledgeable of HACCP systems and GSFI Schemes. Understanding of EU & FDA food regulations is a plus. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (Excel, PowerBI). Ability to present complex data clearly, disciplined process adherence, and organisational skills. Fluency in English required, other EU languages is a plus.
