Responsibilities:

• To ensure Project Quality RFQ Management / PLM Implementation and APQP Documentation & Reporting
• Customer specific Requirement Understanding & DVP Testing requirement know how
• Knowledge of Gauges / Tools and Testing Devises
• Knowledge of Quality Documentation (Control Plan / CSR)
• Knowledge of Products & Process / Headliner / Plastic Parts
• IATF Audit requirements know how 
• New RFQ Study of Design Input / Bill of Material & Drawings for identification of Device List & Test Plan
• RFQ Cost finalyzation of Device list e.g. Checking fixture / Testing Fixtures  & DVP
• PLM Quality Responsible new waves & co-ordination for Phase 1 & 2 execution
• PPCR documentaion support (Control Plan / Q committement ,etc )
• QMS IATF Audits and Projects Audits ( Internal / External ) at TCO and Plants & Reporting
• Management Model changes implementation co-ordiation with TCO & Plants
• Tools analytics Report preparation weekly/monthly

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Strong understanding of quality management principles and industry standards.

Knowledge of Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with audit techniques and risk management processes

Education:

Graduation- Diploma or Degree Mechanical Engineering.

Experience – 8 years relevant experience in Project Quality
