We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ERP-integrated payment processing solutions. This role requires 3-5 years of QA experience, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) or CloudSuite Industrial (CSI), and a solid background in payment processing systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of ERP workflows, and test automation, with an eye for process improvement and customer-centric delivery.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for ERP-integrated payment solutions with the Infor CloudSuite ERPs.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and implementation teams to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Perform function, regression, integration, and UAT testing across internal systems and customer-facing applications.
  • Validate Infor CSD/CSI processes, customizations, and extensions to ensure data integrity and system alignment.
  • Test payment gateway integrations (e.g. ACH, credit card, tokenization, refunds) for compliance, security, and functional performance.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
  • Leverage tools for automated testing, recommending improvements to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Document details QA findings, including logs, reproducibility steps, and impact analysis.
  • Participate in release cycles, deployment verifications, and post-deployment monitoring.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of software QA experience, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments is required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) or CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing systems is required.
  • Proficiency in test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g. TestRail, Jira) is required.
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, Swagger) and understanding of RESTful services is required.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Playwrite, Selenium) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience testing integrations between ERP systems and third-party payment processors.
  • Knowledge of workflows and accounting modules in ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with QA Automation is a plus.
