- (Internal Title: Quality Manager)
- Youβll drive the quality process for all onsite QA/QC requirements, providing direction, coordination, mentoring, performance management for onsite teams from all parties ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within budget and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on delivering quality results
- Youβll liaise with the client and GC teams to plan and coordinate daily quality activities, leading the quality process onsite as clients representative
- Youβll direct and oversee the quality inspections for mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, chillers, CRAC units, cooling towers, etc.) and electrical systems (e.g., switchgear, UPS, generators, RPPs, PDUs, etc)
- Youβll develop and approve quality plans, procedures, and protocols for mechanical and electrical systems and ensure alignment with project requirements, client expectations, and industry best practices
- Youβll identify and resolve complex issues related to mechanical and electrical systems during quality inspections, and work with the construction and operations teams to implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Youβll review and approve detailed quality reports, including test results / ITPs, issue logs to ensure proper documentation is maintained for turnover to operational teams
- Youβll ensure all systems comply with applicable codes, standards, specifications and safety regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, NE, etc. ) and recommend process improvements to enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational reliability
- Youβll act as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, and other stakeholders regarding all quality activities and provide clear communication on project progress, challenges, and resolutions

- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
