Salary: 2000-2500 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience.Β 

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid)

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for supporting a forward-thinking SaaS company in maintaining the quality and stability of their digital products. As a Junior QA Engineer, your focus will be on manual testing, with opportunities to grow into test automation. You will work closely with experienced QA engineers, developers, and product owners to ensure applications are intuitive, stable, and bug-free. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and curious professional looking to build their QA career in a collaborative, modern environment.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Writing and executing test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Performing functional and exploratory testing across multiple platforms.
  • Logging and documenting bugs clearly, concisely, and consistently.
  • Collaborating with QA engineers, developers, and product owners to verify fixes and ensure regression coverage.
  • Assisting in refining QA documentation and improving testing workflows.
  • Learning and exploring test automation tools (such as Playwright) at your own pace.

You'll be successful if you have

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in software testing.
  • Solid understanding of QA processes and the software development lifecycle.
  • Basic knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Experience with test case creation and execution.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Playwright) is considered a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain issues and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset, especially in automation.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on user experience and product quality.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
