The Role
You'll be the quality guardian for our gaming platform, ensuring error-free content reaches millions of players worldwide.

What you will be doing
• Manage game events and coordinate maintenance schedules for games and promotions
• Configure games remotely and verify results to ensure seamless player experiences
• Communicate with business stakeholders and third-party providers to implement product changes
• Diagnose crashes, validate data, and report bugs with precision and clarity
• Adapt games and promotions to meet evolving business requirements
• Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams when needed

What we are looking for
• Solid foundation in QA theory, test design techniques, and SDLC processes
• Experience with Task Management Systems (Jira preferred) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (upper-intermediate level)
• Ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and identify potential risks
• High sense of responsibility and willingness to work shifts when required
