KDNI-Salesforce/D365- QA Engineer (AM)

― Must have strong experience in Salesforce or D365 testing

-Must have high experience in testing on CRM/Finance Cloud.

― Exposure to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodology, Testing Concepts and Hands on experience in Functional testing System Integration & UAT 

― Should be able to do  independently test Planning and Identify Test scenarios, Test Case Design & execution

― Proficiency in the use of tool set, specifically JIRA ( Optional: ADO, ALM)

― High awareness of software quality, strong analytical and conceptual skills - Communicating clearly and effectively

― Defining and documenting test cases based on requirements. Upgrading existing test cases to new changes, defining regression test cases.

― Will be involved in creating Test Strategy, Plan and Schedules for the projects.

― Ability to recognise potential and actual issues, need and opportunities for improvement in the implementation. 

― Ability to find defects and keep track of them with using defect management tool. 

― Close collaboration with Business Analysts, Solution architects and Developers on requirements and associated functionality

― Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

― Participate in analysis and design walkthroughs with developers and testers analysis.

― Report overall testing status back to onshore leadership.

― Preparation of test execution plan and test execution report.  Define UAT test cases, validation of issues during UAT. 

― Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within interfacing applications.

― Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint/Document/Excel).

― Must be flexible to work on any project requirements and work timings.

― Added advantage Automation background (if possible, with UI Path test automation experience and / or BrowserStack experience) or atleast with Selenium experience if none of the above.
