1.1. Crash Test Lead Engineer<\/span><\/b>
<\/div>
  • Execute the full crash test procedure, including vehicle preparation, installation of sensors, measurement devices, and dummies, as well as operating the crash test system.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Managing all the operations and activities within the team.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Perform static measurements, weight calibration, oil draining/filling, painting, and application of reference labels before testing.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Set up high -speed cameras, lighting systems, and data acquisition equipment to capture the entire testing process.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Analyze sensor data and video footage, assess vehicle structural deformation, and evaluate dummy injuries after impact.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure that all testing procedures comply with international safety standards (FMVSS, Euro NCAP, AIS, etc.).
    <\/span><\/span>

    1.2. Sled Test Lead Engineer<\/span><\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Prepare and operate the entire sled test process, including mock -up vehicle setup, sensor and dummy installation according to defined standards.
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Calibrate and configure electro -mechanical and hydraulic systems such as RAST sleds, actuators, force, and acceleration sensors.
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Monitor and record measurement data (acceleration, force, displacement, seat -belt tension, airbag deployment, etc.) and analyze post -test results.
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Participate in optimizing testing procedures and updating methodologies according to the latest standards to enhance test accuracy and efficiency.<\/span><\/span>

      1.3. Dummies & Sensors Management Lead Engineer<\/span><\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Prepare, inspect, and periodically calibrate all dummies and sensors used in testing activities.
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Ensure proper installation, positioning, and functionality of dummies in each type of test.
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Collaborate with data engineers and analysis teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of collected data.
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Manage the calibration room for dummies and electronic devices, maintain usage logs, calibration schedules, and equipment condition reports.
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Stay updated on and apply the latest testing regulations and standards related to dummies (FMVSS, Euro NCAP, IIHS).<\/span><\/span>

        1.4. Facility and Equipment & Utilization Lead Engineer <\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/div>
        • Ensure all testing systems, machinery, and laboratory facilities operate in a stable, safe, and efficient manner.
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Perform regular maintenance, repairs, replacements, and adjustments for measurement systems, electro -mechanical -hydraulic equipment, cameras, lighting, HVAC, chillers, pneumatic systems, fire protection, and electrical systems.
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Support engineers during equipment verification, internal calibration, or external OEM service operations.
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Develop maintenance plans, logs, and checklists in compliance with ISO 17025 standards; prepare periodic reports for the Lab Manager.
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and international operating standards.<\/span><\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>
          • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related technical field. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Technical Expertise<\/b>: Strong technical foundation with advanced data analysis skills. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Experience in electrical circuit testing, electrical–electronic device evaluation, and testing of automotive or mechatronic systems. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Knowledge of sled testing, crash testing, sensor measurement, data acquisition, and analysis is highly desirable. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Proficient in operating high -speed cameras, video recording systems, and specialized photography equipment. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Familiarity with video editing, image processing software, and technical analysis tools. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Leadership & Management<\/b>: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Establish test protocols, monitor testing quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards and laboratory procedures. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Coordinate with internal technical departments and present test results clearly to management and international stakeholders. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Quality & Compliance<\/b>: High attention to detail and accuracy to ensure proper documentation, control, and reporting of all tests. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Knowledge of safety standards and equipment operation procedures in a laboratory environment. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Experience working under ISO 9001 or ISO 17025 standards is a plus. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Certifications:<\/b> Professional certifications in engineering, automotive testing, safety, or technical photography are advantageous. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Communication & Teamwork:<\/b> Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Ability to present technical reports in a clear and logical manner. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Language:<\/b> higher English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) for technical documentation and international collaboration. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Software Skills<\/b>: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical analysis software. <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Other: <\/b>Possession of a Category B driver’s license is considered an advantage<\/span>
