QA Automation Engineer
We are seeking a Lead AEM QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing for CMS-based web applications, preferably with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will focus on automation strategy, framework setup, regression suite management, and leading QA efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation testing efforts for AEM and other CMS-based web applications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and regression suites.

  • Define QA strategy, test coverage, and quality standards.

  • Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices.

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.

  • Collaborate with developers, content teams, and business analysts to ensure quality deliverables.

  • Report, track, and analyze defects using Jira.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.



Requirements

6+ years of experience in AEM QA Automation

Strong expertise in test strategy, automation framework setup, and regression suite management

Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, Postman

Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web architecture

Experience with API testing and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Desirable: AEM certification
