<\/span><\/p>We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead end -to -end test automation and quality processes across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has hands -on expertise in WebdriverIO with Cucumber or similar Node.js -based frameworks, as well as Selenium with Java, and possesses a strong ability to lead QA teams, collaborate with cross -functional stakeholders, and deliver high -quality products in a fast -paced environment<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution for multiple product lines and releases.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Design and implement end -to -end automation frameworks using WebdriverIO + Cucumber (Node.js) and Selenium + Java.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Define and enforce automation standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD integration.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Mentor and manage a team of QA engineers — conducting code reviews, performance evaluations, and technical training.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies and test plans.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage QA deliverables and timelines, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing clear updates on risks, progress, and quality metrics.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Continuously improve QA processes through automation, tooling, and process optimization.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- 8+ years of hands -on experience in software testing and automation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong proficiency with WebdriverIO, Cucumber, or other Node.js -based test frameworks.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proven track record in building and maintaining automation frameworks for end -to -end testing.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
