Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end QA lifecycle: planning, execution, and reporting
Mentor and guide QA teams to deliver top-quality products
Implement metrics and testing best practices
Collaborate with developers on scalable, high-performance systems
Tackle real-world challenges in global telecom stability and security
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8+ years testing production-level web apps (Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
Strong leadership in manual and automation testing
Proficient in tools like Playwright, Jira, Zephyr, Git, Jenkins, pgAdmin
Solid SQL/database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and team skills
Qualification:
A relevant IT Qualification
ISTQB Certification
