๏ปฟAbout the Role

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Manual QA Engineer to join our Billing team. You'll play a key role in validating the quality, functionality, and performance of Driivz's advanced solutions. Operating at the forefront of the electric vehicle charging ecosystem, your insights will help us deliver seamless, high-impact experiences for our users.

ย Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams โ€” product, development, and technical โ€” to understand how customers interact with our products in real-world scenarios.
  • Design, write, execute, and maintain end-to-end test cases for the Billing domain, covering new features and customer-specific customizations.
  • Perform a combination of white-box and black-box testing to uncover defects across system layers.
  • Review product specification documents and identify test requirements.
  • Identify, analyze, and report issues, collaborating with product and technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Recommend improvements to product behavior and user experience based on test findings.
  • Stay current on testing tools, technologies, strategies, and best practices.
  • Up to 3 years of QA experience testing highly complex, multi-layered systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with both client-side and server-side testing.
  • Proficient in testing RESTful APIs and debugging via browser tools.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to drill down and identify root causes of problems, thinking critically under pressure.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in Linux-based environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar.
  • Knowledge of network protocols such as HTTP, TCP.
  • Knowledge or experience with Tomcat, Spring, or Spring Boot.
  • Automation experience.
