We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manual Tester to join our agile DevOps team for CRM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of business-critical processes within our CRM platform, which supports key client advisory and relationship management functions across the bank.Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases based on business requirements, system specifications, and regulatory standards
Perform end-to-end testing of CRM functionalities including client onboarding, suitability assessments, product recommendations, document generation, and advisor dashboards
Identify, log, track, and retest software defects using structured methodologies and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and test management
Participate in requirement reviews to assess testability and provide early feedback
Ensure thorough regression testing during releases and patches
Maintain up-to-date documentation of test scenarios, results, and traceability matrices
Support UAT activities by preparing test environments, data, and guidance materials for business users
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and quality assurance frameworks
Proven experience in manual software testing, preferably within CRM or client management platforms
Solid understanding of testing concepts: test design techniques, defect lifecycle, test prioritization
Experience working in agile (SAFe) environments
High level of accuracy, structure, and accountability; known for diligent and methodical work
Strong analytical skills with a genuine willingness to dive deep into complex topics, whether procedural, technical, or domain-specific (e.g., MiFID II, KYC/AML)
Familiarity with rule-driven CRM solutions used in financial services is considered a strong advantage
Comfortable handling sensitive client data with strict adherence to confidentiality and information security policies
Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is desirable
Bachelor in Business Administration or related field close to the Financial Industry and/or Customer Relationship Management
At least 3 years of Education in Information Technology (apprenticeship or bachelor) preferrable
