Middle/Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Middle-Senior Automation QA (SDET)  Engineer to join a dynamic team.

🖥️ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write an efficient test plan/strategy for the project. The goal is to have a clear and usefull plan for ensuring product quality including scope analysis, arhitecture analysis, identifying possible risks.
-Establish and constantly push test processes for effective team work.
-Create a test case base that should be manageable, structured, reusable and traceable.
-Be able to clearly and shortly describe an issue.
-Estable process for bug management. Triaging bugs. Create a bug matrix.
-Create a TAF that can be easily maintained, extended and managed. Use a tech stack according to project needs and already used tech stack. Introduce an effective reporting system. Implement pipelines, schedule, triggers for test execution. Embed the quality gates to the project CI/CD.
-Requirement analysis, risk assessments, introducing reasonable quality gates, test automation.
-Idenfity non-functional requirements. Define a load model. Implement PTF and reporting system. Set up a test environement.
-Involve team members to testing processes, promote QA principles to the team.
⚙️ SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 3-5+ years of relative QA experience
• Solid understanding of development technologies C# or typescript background
• Ability quickly switch from Java/Python
• Expect to have 50% of automation testing and 50% of manual testing on the projects.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GIT and other relevant tools.
