Job Description
1. Quality Inspection and Testing:
- Develop and implement product quality inspection plans to ensure products meet specification requirements.
- Conduct product testing, including functional testing, performance testing, and reliability testing.
2. Problem Analysis and Resolution:
- Analyze and resolve quality issues encountered during product development and production processes.
- Use statistical tools and methods to perform root cause analysis and propose improvement solutions.
3. Quality Management System Maintenance:
- Maintain and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001.
- Conduct regular internal quality audits to ensure the effectiveness of quality management processes.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and testing teams to participate in product design reviews and process improvements.
- Provide technical support related to quality and assist in resolving cross-departmental quality issues.
5. Customer Quality Requirement Management:
- Understand and respond to customer quality requirements and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in customer quality audits and implement improvements based on audit results.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze quality data, regularly prepare quality reports, and report quality status to management.
- Propose and drive quality improvement plans to enhance product quality levels.
