You will lead quality assurance initiatives, champion modern testing practices, and collaborate across teams to create robust and reliable software solutions. - Develop & Maintain QA Processesย โ Ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable testing.
- Shape QA Strategyย โ Enhance platform reliability and testing best practices.
- Automate & Optimizeย โ Build robustย continuous testing frameworksย for rapid feedback.
- Collaborate Across Teamsย โ Work withย engineering, product, and business teamsย to ensure seamless integration.
- Lead & Mentorย โ Defineย test strategies, review plans, and support junior engineers.
- Improve Agile & Dev Processesย โ Enhance software quality throughย refined workflows.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of current testing tools and emerging technologies
- A flexible and adaptive mindset to adjust ways of working in a team from a quality perspective
- Expertise of Web, API and/or Mobile testing
- Skilled in building test automation frameworks from scratch including BDD & TDD
- Experience in performance testing and load testing would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated skill writing code & scripting in Javascript/Node.js &/or Java is highly regarded
- Able to effectively utilise development best practices such as CI/CD and promote excellent Quality Assurance practices
- Good at English communication
