The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1. According to the transformer type, you will be supporting specification and relevant standards, make detailed test plans of oil testing, and clarify test items, methods and processes if needed.

2. You will carry out various tests of transformers oil test and electrical testing and collect test data with professional instruments.

3. You will need accurate record test data, analyze and process the oil test data, judge whether the transformer meets the technical requirements, and write test reports includes electrical test report.

4. If abnormalities are found in the test, you need to analyze the causes, put forward solutions, and assist the R&D or production department to improve the products.

5. You will maintain and calibrate test instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

6. You need to track the update of industry standards and specifications to ensure that the test work meets the latest requirements.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering.

2. Communicate and collaborate with production, quality inspection and other departments, provide test data support, and solve technical problems in production.

3. Master’s in office 360 skill.  

4. Proficiency in business level in verbal and written English.
