Performance Test Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Performance Test Engineers to join a high-performing team. This long-term contract offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge systems that demand reliability, scalability, and speed. If you have deep experience in performance testing and cloud-native architectures, this role is for you. 

What you'll work on:

Lead performance testing and tuning activities using tools such as JMeter and Gatling.

Support services through all lifecycle stages, including system design consulting, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.

Monitor and analyse system metrics with tools like Splunk and AppDynamics.

Design and maintain scalable and highly available system architectures.

Drive improvements in change management, capacity planning, and incident response processes.

Deliver automation initiatives to reduce manual efforts and improve service resilience.

Work collaboratively within a Scrum team focused on operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

JMeter or other performance engineering tools

WebLogic, Oracle Databases, and cloud-native services

Linux and Windows platforms

Strong capability in scripting, automation, and service reliability engineering.

Desirable Skills:

UX testing experience

Familiarity with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation in agile environments
