• 7+ years of experience in Jmeter with leadership capabilities
• Extensive Hands on experience in Jmeter, Dynatrace, New Relic
• Design, Execution & Maintenance and execution of scripts using Jmeter
• Performance test report creation and status updation
• Able to do mass updates using TQLs
• Performance test strategy / plan creation
• Performance test scenarios identification and scripting
• Evaluating hardware requirements and environment configurations, including setting up distributed testing to simulate high-volume loads across multiple machines
• Integrating JMeter into CI/CD Pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Docker to automate performance regression tests
• Correlating JMeter metrics (latency, connect time) with system-level metrics (CPU, memory utilization) to identify root causes of performance issues.
• Setting up real-time monitoring dashboards by integrating JMeter with external tools like Grafana and New Relic for better visualization.
• Providing technical expertise in troubleshooting complex script issues and advising on advanced techniques like "Shift-Left" testing to catch performance issues earlier in the development cycle.
