Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Lead at a senior level to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires an individual with significant experience in performance testing. The successful candidate will lead performance testing efforts to ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems and applications.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in using LoadRunner (Mandatory skill) for performance testing, ensuring robust application delivery and scalability.
  • Extensive experience with JMeter (Mandatory skill) for evaluating application behavior under various load conditions.
  • Knowledge of Neotys NeoLoad for comprehensive performance testing across a variety of applications and systems.
  • Experience with Gatling for efficient load testing, contributing to the optimization of application performance.
  • Familiarity with Dynatrace for application monitoring and performance management to provide actionable insights.
  • Proven ability in developing performance test strategies that align with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Understanding of CI/CD integration to automate performance testing within the development pipeline.
  • Experience in cloud performance testing to ensure seamless scalability and performance efficiency in cloud environments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of performance tests for various applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement robust performance testing strategies.
  • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements for enhanced performance.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
  • Ensure performance testing is integrated within the development lifecycle to detect issues early.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and establish testing priorities.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of performance testing activities to management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure testing methods are effective and innovative.
