Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute functional testing across Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and system performance
  • Review and validate PLM requirements, workflows, configurations, and change management processes
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and regression suites
  • Log, track, and validate defects while partnering closely with developers and business analysts
  • Support PLM release cycles, including UAT coordination and production validation
  • Drive continuous improvement of QA methodologies and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless system enhancements

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years of experience in PLM QA, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter
  • Strong functional testing background (test case creation, execution, and reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with workflows, BOM management, configurations, and PLM data models
  • Ability to partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to validate system behavior
  • Strong understanding of enterprise QA processes, SDLC, and release management

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with automation frameworks for PLM systems
  • Background in manufacturing, product development, or engineering organizations
  • Familiarity with API testing or integration testing between PLM and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • QA or PLM-related certifications are a plus but not required

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
