To succeed as a Validation Test Leader in our team, you need to collaborate easily with and motivate cross-functional teams. You have strong social skills and build relationships naturally. Working through others without being their direct manager comes naturally to you.

You are comfortable working independently, creating structure, and adapting quickly when the day doesnβt go as planned. You are used to presenting your results and balancing time and quality in your work.

Your background is in engineering, most likely with a relevant degree in mechanical engineering. You have professional fluency in both English and Swedish.

As a Validation Test Leader, you will be a part of and contribute to the team for powertrain testing and validation. The team is responsible for coordinating the testing of the complete powertrain, including the engine and aftertreatment system. The focus is on functional component testing and durability testing, both in vehicles and in test beds.Β
