As a QA Engineer<\/b>, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness of our cutting -edge graph database and its cloud services.

What You’ll Do

  Implement Comprehensive Test Plans<\/b>
  <\/div>

  Define the scope, objectives, and strategy for testing new features. Create test cases beyond the “happy path” to cover boundary conditions, edge cases, negative testing, and complex state transitions.

  Build and Own Test Automation<\/b>
  <\/div>

  Develop and maintain an efficient, fully automated testing pipeline. Write clean, maintainable test code and integrate it into our CI/CD environment.

  Collaborate with Development<\/b>
  <\/div>

  Partner closely with development teams to design and implement testing and automation strategies for new features, ensuring quality is built -in from the start.

  Identify and Report Bugs<\/b>
  <\/div>

  Execute tests, analyze results, and provide clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports. Suggest severity levels to help development teams resolve issues effectively.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  What You’ll Bring
  <\/h3>

  • Experience<\/b>: 3+ years of industry experience designing and building testing for software products (preferred: distributed database systems or DBaaS products).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Technical Skills<\/b>:
    <\/p>

    • Fluency in Python<\/b> and Bash<\/b> for test automation. Experience with libraries like requests<\/code> and frameworks like pytest<\/code> is highly desirable.
<\/p><\/li>

    • Strong experience with CI/CD tools<\/b> such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      Bonus Points For

      • Specific experience with database testing<\/b> and tackling large -scale issues such as flakiness and performance.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience testing multi -tenant systems<\/b>, with emphasis on reliability, performance, isolation, and security<\/b>.
