Test Manager
-Formulate, review and execute on test strategies and plans for NPI top level system features and local user scenarios.
-Lead a team of technical QA engineers who covers system functional tests, stability, ecosystem interoperability tests and automation solution.
-Deliver clear reports to partners and executives as products under test move through each development phase.
-Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution.
-Continuously improve tests and processes with a drive towards innovation and automation.
-Develop and grow team on technical depth, cross functional communication, project leadership and issue driving capability.
- 3+ years of experience leading/managing system software QA team for NPI program.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, lead multiple sub functional teams and delegate effectively.
- Quality focused: You set high quality standards and strive for continuous improvement through test coverage and process improvements.

- Experience defining and leading consumer device user scenarios study and test development from both global and China perspective and software automation development.
- Strong coding skills with extensive experience in Python for test automation.
- Technical knowledge of key system components - Display, Camera, Battery, Touch, Sensors, Audio as well as mobility OS and ecosystem.
