Our client is a major enterprise undergoing a large-scale HR and Payroll transformation (SAP HR/ ADP Payroll). With multiple workstreams and over 40 system integrations, this complex delivery program plays a key role in modernising business operations and enabling long-term growth.Β

About the role
Reporting to program leadership, you'll lead test strategy and execution across three major workstreamsβ€”HR, Payroll, and Integrations. With a team of Test Analysts, BAs, SMEs, and PMs, you'll stabilise test delivery and drive progress through SIT, UAT, and go-live.

Duties/Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end testing across all program workstreams
  • Coordinate SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness activities
  • Manage defect triage, risk escalation, and stakeholder reporting
  • Enforce test governance, entry/exit criteria, and quality standards
  • Drive delivery stabilisation across HR, Payroll, and Integrations
Skills and experience
  • Proven experience in enterprise-scale Test or Program Test Manager roles
  • Strong track record in HR and Payroll transformations
  • Expertise in SIT and complex integration testing
  • Skilled in managing multiple vendors and executive stakeholders
  • Resilient under pressure and experienced in recovery-phase programs
  • SAP HR/ADP knowledge or large ERP exposure (desirable)
