QA Analyst

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced QA Analyst/Accountant to perform manual testing, maintain and execute test cases. The ideal candidate will be able to work with our Engineering and Product teams to determine acceptance criteria in new features, write test cases to exercise all aspects of a story and provide test coverage after feature completion. This is a Full-time work and possible shifting schedule.
 

Responsibilities

• Write test plans and execute them for new features and enhancements
• Review and Maintain manual test cases
• Identify and report bugs in existing systems
• Conduct deployment and release testing periodically
• Work with developers, product managers, and other QA analysts to identify story requirements and acceptance criteria

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of proven experience in software QA
• Strong working knowledge of modern QA methodologies, practices, and tools
• Experience in manual software testing, writing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, conducting deployment and release testing. 
• Knowledge of the following: Jira, Slack, TestMo, Figma.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• BS in Computer Science or related field / BS in Accountancy
• Attentive to details, Team Player, Positive Attitude

Nice to haves:

• Accounting Knowledge is also a plus
• Automated Testing Experience a plus
