QA Analyst

Main purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our dynamic and agile Rapid Application Development team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for driving QA deliverables in partnership with Developers, Business Analyst and Product Owner, make quick decisions and provide practical solutions for challenging problems. Demonstrates strong ability to think through the requirements from a business user point of view and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines. The candidate will collaborate with various stake holders across IT and business user groups for complex end-to-end trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing activities for strategic releases, including integration testing.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes for greater efficiency and quality.
• Create, review, and maintain test cases and test plans.
• Develop deep functional and domain knowledge to support testing accuracy.
• Partner with QA leads to define and achieve software quality goals.
• Define test strategies and oversee testing deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Track and report on testing progress and deliverable status.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles for technology projects.
• Good understanding of databases, including SQL and Oracle.
• Good level of English, intermediate or equivalent to B2.
• Excellent level of Spanish, native or advanced equivalent to C2.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with QA automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with API testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, build, and deployment processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of performance testing is a plus.

Department overview

Mostly working with the Rapid Application Development colleagues working with an Agile Methodology as well as business users and other IT Teams located on/offshore.
