Founded in 2004, Brilliant Corners provides innovative housing and housing-related services to Californiaβs most vulnerable individuals, with an emphasis on those transitioning from, or at risk of, homelessness or institutionalization. We develop, own, and manage multi-family supportive housing and licensed residential care homes. Department Summary
The Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP) is a supportive housing rental subsidy program of the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS), along with other governmental partners, managed-care organizations, and foundations. The goal of the FHSP is to secure quality affordable housing for extremely vulnerable Angelenos. Brilliant Corners, the central coordinating community-based partner for FHSP, works to secure a broad range of housing options, including individual apartments, blocks of units, and entire buildings. Brilliant Corners identifies and secures units Countywide, provides move-in assistance and rental subsidy disbursements, coordinates with case managers, and assists with neighborhood relations.Β
Position Summary:
The QA Analyst supports with the implementation of quality assurance efforts that ensure the integrity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of The Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP) programs at Brilliant Corners. The QA Analyst will collaborate closely with program teams, support teams and leadership to gather insights, analyze data, monitor performance and ensure data quality across programs. This role requires a strong understanding of housing programs, experience with data systems, and the ability to identify and support data solutions that improve service delivery.

Physical Requirements
Candidates should have physical mobility for tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting, and walking on uneven surfaces. They should be capable of performing stationary tasks like sitting for up to 6 to 8 hours a day.Β Additionally, candidates should be able to lift, carry, push, pull light to moderate weights up to 15 pounds safely. Requires mental acuity for analytical reasoning and document interpretation.
