Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our software products through structured manual testing and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our products and applications work correctly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse system specifications.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases and test scenarios for multiple platforms including iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Tech Support teams.
• Identify and report bugs and errors with clear reproduction steps.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Maintains documentation of test operations and reports results. 

Basic Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 1-2 Years’ of software testing experience is essential. 
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in automation testing tools is an added advantage.
• ISTQB or CSQE Certifications are a plus.
