QA Analyst

Are you an expert at finding hidden issues and a champion for quality? We are looking for a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team and become the final checkpoint for our innovative travel solutions. What You'll Be Doing

• Become the Quality Gatekeeper: You'll rigorously test new partner platforms and system integrations to ensure they are 100% bug-free and meet our strict quality standards before launch.

• Design & Implement: Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to effectively validate system functionality, performance, and usability.

• Be a Partner to the Team: Collaborate directly with our Account Operations and Marketing teams to confirm all new builds and promotional materials align with client requirements and expectations.

• Track to Resolution: Systematically identify, document, and manage all defects from discovery to final resolution, ensuring a seamless process for the development team.

• Shape Our Future: Provide crucial feedback and analysis of test results to help us continuously improve our QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Your Skillset Includes

• Hands-On QA Experience: A solid history of successfully testing software applications and system implementations.

• An Eye for Detail: A sharp, analytical mind with the ability to spot minute details that others overlook and a talent for effective problem-solving.

• Testing Proficiency: Deep familiarity with a variety of testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

• Strong Communication: The ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, concise, and actionable information for both technical and non-technical teams.
