As a Quality Analyst, you'll use business intelligence to ensure top-notch quality in our logistics centers while collaborating with teams to solve problems and improve processes. Let’s make logistics better, together!
    • Pay Range: $55,000 to $65,000
    • Schedule: 8am to 5pm - Monday thru Friday

    What You’ll Do:

    Β 

    • Analyze & Report: Turn data into actionable insights! Create high-quality analyses, logistics center scorecards, and reports that drive smarter operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Quality Control: Keep standards high! Audit and track non-conforming products, ensuring accurate disposition, full traceability, and seamless alignment with WMS and customer systems.
    • Problem Solving: Tackle challenges head-on! Investigate quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and track improvements to drive continuous quality enhancements.
    • Trend Analysis:Β  Stay ahead of the curve! Identify root causes of quality concerns, spot trends early, and develop proactive solutions to prevent future issues.
    • Collaboration: Team up for success! Work cross-functionally with internal teams and customers to implement effective quality management processes.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Keep everything on track! Support audits, participate in safety committees, and ensure adherence to Quality Management System standards.
    • Tackle additional tasks as they come upβ€”if you’ve got the skills, we’ve got the challenge!

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of operational experience.
    • Experience with WMS, SAP, or inventory control systems.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
    • Forklift Ready - Willing to operate forklifts as needed.
