Job Description
Position: QA Analyst
Department: Quality
Core responsibilities:
βIdentifying and documenting test scenarios for existing systems and new features
β Executing tests cases and scenarios, using manual and automated processes
β Performing and managing full system regression testing, using manual and automated processes
β Be familiar with and competent in test methodologies, and be able to apply these to real life
scenarios
β Maintaining the bi- weekly test schedule, implementing new test strategies
β Working with the internal Software Development team
β Recording problems and their solutions for future reference
β Demonstrating new system features to internal teams
β Liaising with Client Services and their Venue Support teams to understand the issues that they are
facing on a daily basis
β Assisting the Product Development team with existing and proposed features on all products, and
any new projects that may arise
β Working within and maintaining the guidelines as set by the Product Development Manager
