We are looking to grow our team of Artisans with a QA Analyst. 

About the Role

The QA Analyst is a detail obsessed individual who will be working hand in hand with the development team, other testers, and key stakeholders to build tests for native-mobile, web-based and client-server applications used by well-known companies and their customers across the country. You will analyze results and provide meaningful reports to the project team. Key responsibilities

• Define test objectives, create test plans and arrange test environments to execute test cases
• Analyze client requirements and perform testing against existing specifications
• Provide clear and concise test results to management and customers
• Create and maintain a library of test cases using Zephyr Scale
• Uncover, track and explore defects through executing regression tests
• Lead and deliver cutting edge testing solutions that have a direct impact on increasing the quality of the products, while decreasing the time it takes to test them
• Responsible for recognizing and creating awareness of process or quality problems
• Proactively troubleshoot to deliver high quality solutions to customers and internal partners

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of manual testing in web and client/server products
• Previous knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) tools: Manhattan, Aptean, JDA, etc.
• Proven experience maintaining manual test case libraries using a test management tool: Zephyr Scale or equivalent
• Experience testing via API/REST calls via Postman, Bruno or Hoppscotch
• Experience with testing concepts such as BDD and TDD
• Basic familiarity with Amazon Web Services cloud technology
• Agile Project experience
• Problem solving capability with detail oriented approach and a strong desire to learn
• Self-directed, independent and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment

Extra Credit

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related degree/technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• Previous experience in consulting services
• Experience working on supply chain solutions

As such, you may be required to travel quarterly, depending on the specific client responsibilities of your role. This position requires constant operation of a computer, various software programs and other electronic productivity tools. This position requires prolonged observation of a computer screen. Additionally, it requires regular participation in virtual meetings and trainings.
