Job Summary

Β 

In this role, you will be responsible for testing company software to ensure our products meet customer requirements and conform to functional design and organizational quality standards. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years experience who can understand a project inside and out and actively pursue the reason behind every button and action on a website.Β 

Β 

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze client requirements and design specifications as well as participate in product review meetings to provide identified suggestions and feedback.

  • Conduct front end and backend testing.Β 

  • Execute functional, fix verification, regression, compatibility, system, integration, performance and usability types of testing as required.

  • Create test plans and test cases for small to medium features.

  • Perform complex manual testing based on test cases, and create and maintain automation scripts and recordings.

  • Analyze and reproduce issues raised by customers and assign severity and priority to issues raised.

  • Perform Load and Stress testing; verify regression results, debug issues.

  • Ability to do responsive, mobile and cross browser testing.Β 



Requirements

This position is IDEAL for someone who:

  • Will thrive in a fast-paced environment.Β 

  • Has 2-3 years of software testing experience.

  • Is a fast learner with ample of curiosity.

  • Ability to use multiple product management tools

  • Has flexible hoursΒ 

This position is NOT IDEAL for someone who:

  • Needs consistent micromanagement to get things complete.

  • Is not interested in learning or adding value to our high-growth projects.

  • Has not worked in the tech industry

Must Haves:

  • 2-3 years testing experience in software QAΒ 

  • Experience working in an agile environment is considered an asset.

  • Solid understanding of quality assurance and testing methodologies relative to software development lifecycle.
